OurDream AI pricing and free tier: plans, dreamcoins and costs

OurDream AI is free to join, but the free account is limited: chat costs one dreamcoin per message from a small starter balance, and images and video need a subscription. Premium costs $19.99 a month or $119.88 a year with 1,000 dreamcoins monthly. Deluxe costs $59.99 a month or $359.88 a year with 5,000.

How we put this together: Premium prices and coin rules come from OurDream AI's help center, and Deluxe, coin-pack and free-tier details from its upgrade page, all read October 18, 2026. The coin costs table is OurDream's own cost guide (edited March 2, 2026). The starting coin balance isn't published, so we cite a third-party report and label it.

Is OurDream AI free?

Partly. Anyone can sign up free, chat with any character and create characters, but OurDream AI’s help center says free users pay one dreamcoin per chat message and can’t use most other features. Images and video need a subscription, and free users can’t buy extra coins.

How do you get free dreamcoins?

Mostly through referrals. The help center says OurDream doesn’t routinely hand out free coins, though Discord events and competitions sometimes award them, and a community FAQ says the referrer gets bonus coins when someone signs up with their code.

How much does OurDream AI cost?

OurDream AI has two paid tiers, each billed monthly or yearly. Prices in US dollars, read October 18, 2026:

PlanPriceBillingDreamcoinsExtras
Premium monthly$19.99/monthEvery 30 days1,000 a monthUnlimited standard chat, audio messages, images, video, voice calls
Premium yearly$119.88/year ($9.99/month)Once a year, up front2,000 at signup, then 1,000 a monthSame as Premium monthly
Deluxe monthly$59.99/monthEvery 30 days5,000 a monthPremium chat models free, 3x chat memory
Deluxe yearly$359.88/year ($29.99/month)Once a year5,000 a month plus a 5,000 first-month bonusSame as Deluxe monthly

The help center confirms the Premium figures in text. Deluxe prices come from OurDream’s upgrade page, and an independent comparison by RoboRhythms (September 25, 2026) reports the same numbers. The upgrade page also shows crossed-out “original” prices and occasional first-payment discounts, so the price you see may vary.

What do dreamcoins cost to buy?

Coin packs are one-time purchases, available only with an active subscription. Prices from OurDream’s upgrade page:

PackPricePer 1,000 coins
1,000 dreamcoins$11.99$11.99
5,000 dreamcoins$49.99About $10.00
20,000 dreamcoins$159.99About $8.00

Some third-party pricing pages list the 1,000-coin pack at $9.99; the official figure was $11.99 on October 18, 2026.

What does each action cost in dreamcoins?

OurDream publishes a full cost guide. The main items:

ActionCost
Standard chat (subscribers)Free
Chat (free accounts)1 coin per message
Genius chat models1 coin per reply
Standard image generation10 coins per 2 images
In-chat or auto image5 coins per image
Voice call50 coins per minute
Standard video100 coins per 5 seconds, up to 60 seconds
Ultra quality video200 coins per video
Create a character10 coins
Premium voice narration5 coins per paragraph

By our arithmetic from that guide, Premium’s 1,000 monthly coins cover about 200 standard images, or ten 5-second videos, or 20 minutes of voice calls. A single 60-second video costs 1,200 coins.

Can you get a refund from OurDream AI?

Sometimes, but the rules are strict. OurDream’s help center says it won’t refund a product more than 25% used, monthly plans aren’t refundable once the coins are spent, and yearly plans may get a full or partial refund. Crypto payments are final. After a refund, the plan is canceled, unused coins are removed and your media is blurred. EEA, UK and Swiss users have a 14-day withdrawal right that can end once they start using the service.

Do dreamcoins expire?

OurDream’s help articles disagree. One says coins don’t expire but can’t be topped up without a plan; another says unused coins last only until the billing period ends after canceling, and aren’t restored if you resubscribe. We couldn’t confirm which applies, so spend coins before you cancel.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make videos on OurDream AI for free?
No. OurDream AI's help center says a subscription is needed to generate images and videos, and we found no official free video allowance. On a paid plan, a standard video costs 100 dreamcoins per 5 seconds, up to 60 seconds, so Premium's 1,000 monthly coins cover about 50 seconds of video.
What does a free OurDream AI account include?
A free account lets you chat with any character and create your own characters. Each message costs one dreamcoin, you start with a small coin balance, and you can't buy more coins without subscribing. The upgrade page mentions a limited trial of messages, images and video, but OurDream doesn't publish its size.
Does OurDream AI have a free plan?
There is no separate named free plan. The free option is simply an account without a subscription: chat at one coin per message, character creation, and no image or video generation. Paid access starts with Premium at $19.99 a month, or $9.99 a month when billed $119.88 yearly.
