Candy AI pricing: plans, tokens and what it really costs

Candy AI Premium costs $13.99 a month after a $9.99 first month, $26.97 every three months, or $47.88 a year, which works out to $3.99 a month. Every plan includes unlimited text chat and 100 tokens a month. Images, voice, calls and video spend tokens, and extra packs reportedly start at $9.99 for 100.

How much does Candy AI cost per month?

Candy AI’s monthly cost runs from $3.99 to $13.99 depending on how long you commit. These are the prices on its plans page on October 18, 2026, in US dollars, before any local tax:

All three include the same benefits: unlimited text messages, 100 tokens a month, custom companions, 18+ image and video generation and the “Live Action” feature. The terms let EverAI raise prices with notice before a renewal.

Is Candy AI free?

Only for a taste. A free account gets 5 messages in total across all characters, one custom character and one image, according to Candy AI’s help center. After that, chatting needs a paid plan.

What do Candy AI tokens pay for?

Tokens pay for everything except text chat. Paid users get 100 tokens a month, credited on the day they first subscribed (yearly subscribers also get 100 each month). Candy AI’s help center lists these token uses: image generation, creating a custom character, listening to voice messages, voice calls, private content packs and turning an image into a video.

Candy AI doesn’t publish a per-action price list outside an account. Two published reviews report similar costs:

How far do 100 tokens go?

Using those reported costs, 100 tokens buys roughly one of the following each month. This is our arithmetic, not Candy AI’s:

How much are Candy AI token packs?

Pack prices sit behind login, so we couldn’t confirm them on an official page. AIGirlsRated and The Companion Index report regular packs from $9.99 for 100 tokens up to $299.99 for 3,750 tokens. Candy AI’s referral article values 200 tokens at about $20, which fits those reports. Tokens can’t be transferred, traded or cashed out.

What does Premium Plus add?

Premium Plus is a higher tier with 330 tokens a month instead of 100, according to Candy AI’s help center (updated October 13, 2026). It also adds:

  • Live audio, alongside unlimited chat and 18+ images.
  • A 10% bonus on token top-ups, on quarterly and yearly plans only.
  • Three-day early access to new characters.
  • Chat customization and user personas.
  • 20 memory slots and 5 clone chats.

The Premium Plus price isn’t shown on the public plans page. The Companion Index saw EU prices of €22.38 a month on monthly billing, €14.38 on quarterly and €6.38 on yearly in May 2026, when the tier included 230 tokens. Treat those as a guide only.

Can you get a refund from Candy AI?

Rarely. Outside the EU and UK, you must email support within 24 hours of payment, and the request is refused if you’ve used more than 20 tokens (or any tokens from a pack). Only card payments qualify. EU and UK users have 14 days to withdraw from a first purchase, with the refund reduced for usage. Canceling never triggers a refund on its own.

Do unused tokens carry over if you cancel?

Candy AI’s own pages disagree. The terms of service (September 22, 2026) say remaining tokens expire at the end of the billing period after you cancel. An older help article (August 25, 2026) says the balance stays and can be used again if you resubscribe. The terms are newer and govern, so plan on losing unused tokens.

Candy AI takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, several cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH and USDC, and bank transfer through Volt or Pix, depending on your country. Charges appear on statements as EverAI. Only card payments qualify for its 24-hour refund window.
